WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

In the US, we got you covered on free shipping for all orders over $42 for standard delivery. However, we are not Prime….which means, you may just be surprised when you receive a package out of the blue (up to 10 business days but likely within 6), just enough time to have forgotten that you ordered a gift for yourself.

International shipping at this time incurs a fee, however we'll be sure to let you know if we're able to free that shipping charge up! Orders are usually fulfilled the same day they were placed. International orders, including Mexico and Canada can take 2-3 weeks. And uncommonly, sometimes more. We are living in times where we must bestow grace on our overworked delivery services.

I LIKE SUPER SOFT SHIRTS. WHAT ARE THEY MADE OF?

We are passionate about sourcing the right materials that feel oh so good as it sits on your body in addition to ethical and responsible decisions made by the manufacturers we use. Most materials are a blend of cotton and polyester. Ingredients are listed on tech information for all shirts.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER? ARE THEY BAGGY OR FITTED?

Great question! Clothing runs the gamut for sizing these days. An Xsmall can look like an extra large depending on the item that caught your attention. All our shirts are preshrunk, so should last a long time without seeing any shrinking that occurs naturally over time. Our unisex selection of shirts tend toward fitting true to size, yet, not sloppy, not baggy. Our feminine cut shirts are flattering and accentuate the contours of the body. That being said, they run fitted. Tighter. Smaller. Size up one or two sizes - yes, up to two if you’re not feeling like you want to show your beautiful contours. Yet.

I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Now that depends. If you pressed “Submit” and then immediately changed your mind, send us a note to ahuman@ranbolit.com with your order number and we'll see what we could do to make it right for you. If it’s too late, as in, the order is already being processed, we apologize for any return shipping cost it incurs, but you are welcome to return those items for that small price.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES?

Unworn, unwashed, tags still on, less than 21 days, bring it on baby! Send us an email with your order number to ahuman@ranbolit.com. Let us know how you’d like us to make the order right for you. And while we offer free shipping on the equivalent of a full price shirt, at this time we need to ask you to cover return shipping.

We understand that you may receive the item and aren't as keen on the design as you once thought. Here's alternative to returning. How about gifting it? If that doesn't make you happy, send us a note to the email above and again we'll see how we could make the experience better for you.

DAMAGED OR MISALIGNED DESIGN?

If the order is damaged or the design is wonky as this can happen from time to time, you will not be responsible for return shipping fees. Within the 21 day window, the item must be new, unwashed, and tags still on. Take a picture of the misaligned logo or damaged area, send it to ahuman@ranbolit.com along with your order number. Let us know if you’d like to receive the same item or a refund. We’ll get either one out to you asap.

I HAVE AN IDEA THAT I’D LIKE TO SEE DESIGNED.

We love creatives! Two parts to this. Feel free to send us an idea to design. Any excuse to travel is a welcomed one as we set up the scene in real time. Second, while your idea may look similar to something we create, IF we have been inspired by your suggestion, we will express our gratitude. Maybe your picture on our instagram or facebook page clad in a shirt?!?

We love being out as much as possible and creating indelible adventures that may eventually become a design. One might have better luck finding a lost contact lens than finding a hotspot signal, so, we may need a grace period of up to 5 days. After that, we fully expect you to voice your angst. We’ll strive to minimize this state.

HOW DO YOU SELECT ORGANIZATIONS TO SPONSOR?

A charitable foundation will be selected as beneficiary to a percentage of our profits on a rotating basis. Currently, we are establishing our footing as a new business before entering into these relationships, but what we can tell you is this: Kindness, empathy and a path toward living our authentic selves must be core to the mission.

Each organization is well-vetted and researched. They don't need to be directly associated with the LGBTQ+ culture, but must be rooted in creating a healthier humanity by starting with oneself.

Yep, animal rights organizations included! A conservation effort whose mission is stewardship towards the four-leggeds knows what unconditional love looks like. We at RānboLĭt know that their existence is an adorable front for the mirror to what is oft hidden for ourselves.....just wrapped in fur.
